To me, Prey (2022) was the perfect Predator film in every way. Wild West America offers a spectacular backdrop. It was nice to see a different perspective, and the Comanche characters added to that. I believe the greatest failure of any Predator movie that didn't have Stan Winston in charge of creature design was that the Predator didn't appear and behave authentic. As extraterrestrials go, the Predator in Prey (2022) is very hideous. I was hoping they would stay closer to Stan Winston's original, (this one) but even without those changes, this is still a fantastic Predator. Actually, I can't think of a way it could have been improved upon.
